These terms cover your use of Charts in Family (chartsinfamily.com), run by SIA K13 Group, Latvia (registration number [K13 registration number], [K13 address]). Using the site means you accept them.

What this is

Charts in Family lets you build a family tree and compare your family's birth charts. Positions are calculated with the Swiss Ephemeris; how often each link turns up by chance is estimated from a uniform sky and a sample of famous family charts. Astrology is not science. Readings and portraits are for reflection and fun, not advice: don't base medical, legal, financial or relationship decisions on them.

Family portraits are written by an AI model from the calculated findings. They can be wrong or miss the point; read them in that light.

Your account and your tree

• You can build a tree as a guest. Add your email to keep it and to buy anything.
• You are responsible for what you enter. Add only relatives who are fine with it (see the privacy policy), and don't use the site to collect data about people for any other purpose.
• Don't try to break, overload or scrape the service.

Prices and payments

• Day pass, €4.99: every reading, report and family portrait for 24 hours from purchase.
• One report, €2.99: one PDF of one family group's full reading.
• Pro, €6.99 a month or €39 a year: unlimited readings, reports and portraits. It renews until you cancel on the account page; it then runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Prices include VAT. Payments are processed by Stripe, which sells the purchase to you as merchant of record and sends the receipt.

Refunds and the right of withdrawal

Everything here is digital and starts as soon as you pay, which you ask for when you buy. Under EU law that means the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the content is delivered. If something you paid for didn't work, email hello@chartsinfamily.com within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you.

Our responsibility

We work to keep the site running and your tree safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under EU or Latvian law.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms; if it had paid time left, we'll refund the unused part.

Changes and law

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell account holders by email before it applies. Latvian law applies, and you can also use the courts where you live.
